I don't have a lot of experience with the analysis software(s.)  I've only been able to experiment with RAM (Bentley's Structural Analysis program.)  We really only have limited success bringing the model in the first time.  Not so much success sending back out to RAM, editing, then re-importing.

However, in some of the classes I've attended at AU, Robobat seems to be pretty smooth.  Again, I haven't worked with it and I'm not sure if it has all the design capabilities that we need (right now.)  The designers of Revit and the designers of Robobat seem to be working very closely to make sure that their programs are seamless.

Hopefully others will chime in soon with their experiences.

We are RISA-Revit user. Revit to Risa is working ok if its modeled correctly. We have tested steel buildings with moderate

complexity.
