Flat Slab Modelling in Revit

I'd like to model a flat slab in Revit structure, apply the loads and do the analysis and design in Robot. But i want to know the correct method of doing this. Are analytical links required to connect the slab and the columns supporting it. Any help will be appreciated.

Analytical columns should be automatically attached to the floor surface.

But if you want to send to analysis the floor only, without columns, you'll need to add supports (Boundary Conditions) at the columns top node.
