Extension Manager Included

One Question, PLease tell me if the Extension Manager is included in Revit Structure 2011??

The Extensions are part of the 2011 Subscription Advantage Pack and are available at http://subscription.autodesk.com. The Revit Extensions for Revit Structure 2011 download contains the Extensions Manager.
