Display - Option bar ERROR

There is one computer that comes up with this display regarding the Option Bar??? (See attach file) Is there any solution for this problem??

this computer is with 2x monitors but also i have but no problem for me??

It may have to do with the video card, the video card driver, and which monitor (primary or secondary) Revit is displayed on.

Is there a certain sequence of commands/action that cause this issue?
What version of Revit are you using?

What version of Revit are you using? 2009 revit structure

Is there a certain sequence of commands/action that cause this issue?
This only happens when i pick object when it happen and i am working on secondary screen
