I'm trying to customise a specific set of castellated beams for a job that I am currently doing. I'm having nothing but issues trying to set up parameters and such. The beams beed to have specific start and end lengths and specific spacings between the knockouts in the beams for mechanical to run through. I've spent a majority of my morning trying to figure this out. I've got the holes to be the proper size but I can't getthe spacing to work out no matter what I change/tweak/update.

I've attached the file and a pdf of the beams I'me trying to draw and the beam family.

This is my first forray into revit so fogive the mess of a drawing.

You can get started with one of our families and modify it:

Also, there are a series of videos on youtube that shows step-by-step how to build this family.

Hope that helps.
