Custom Line Style in Revit ?

Would like to create a sketch type linestyle ?

By sketch I'm assuming you mean a line that looks link it was drawn by hand. This is not possible in Revit, but go here for  information on Line Styles"

However, once you have elements and geometry in your model you can use the Line Work Tool to change the appearance of lines. Go here for information on this:
