DOES ANY ONE KNOW THE STEP BY STEP TO SET UP A CENTRAL FILE AND ALLOW DIFFERENT USER TO EDIT IT. I GET A POP UP THAT SAYS UNABLE TO WRITE TO CENTRAL FILE.RVT, IT IS READ ONLY OR OPENED BY SOMEONE ELSE..
