Cannot open the IFC file

I exported IFC file from Revit structure 2013 and then tried to import IFC file.

And i cannot import that.

I try RST 2012 and it did import to RST2012.

Why RST2013 can not open that file?

If anyone konw about this matter, Plz tell me why and how can figure it out.
