Bracing Symbols Only Appear On 1 Computer

While working on a workshared file, the decision was made to show bracing symbols in plan view. On the PC the families were enabled, the symbols show up fine, including the 3/64" offset. On any other computer that opens the file, the bracing symbols are not offset. They fall directly in line with the framing members. I have attempted to make an unshared local copy, and the bracing symbols still only show (in plan view) correctly on this PC. Both computers have nearly identical hardware, with the same graphics driver. In 3D views and sections both computers show identical models.

I've attached images of both.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

This is on Revit 2014.

If you both print it into a pdf with the same setting, what is the output?

if they are the same then it sounds like a screen resolution or some setting from Nvidia control panel

After looking into the problem more, the Revit versions were not identical. The PC showing it properly had been updated to Release 3, while the computer not displaying correctly was still on the original version (20130308_1515). After updating the other workstations, the bracing display correctly.
