Why the first pipe connector is shown different?

I am creating an MEP Family; The first pipe connector I added is having a different symbol but the others not. All those connectors belong to same System Classification.

Can anyone explain this?.

This pipe connector is the primary connector. This is the default/first connector Revit will use while connecting.

You can reassign the primary connector to a different connector if you want to.

There can be only one primary connector per type of connector (i.e. one primary pipe, one duct, one electrical, one cable tray and one conduit)

Reassigning primary connector only works when more than one of the same connector types are availble in the family.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
