What is the efficient way to create M E P in tower?

Hi all master,

What is the efficient way to create M E P in tower?

For example : My project  is a residence tower totally come with 22/F.

I need to provide mechanical, plumbing and many piping and electrical item.

What is the best way to create item?

From inside to outside?
From typical floor and then copy and paste?
From different Flat copy and aligned  to paste to different floor?

Those service need to concern coordinate no clash.

I don't have a direct answer for you as every project is different and every office works in Revit in different ways. Any of what you mentioned will work, but again a lot will come down to the size of your file, number of users, network, etc. In my production years I found it very useful to reach out to like sized firms and simply ask them how they do it. Another great option was attending or hosting a Revit User Group meeting in your area and target your audience. You'd be amazed what a few pizza will get you! I did a quick search on Goggle and found many posts on MEP and/or Large Projects, but without knowing the actual project I'm not certain where to send you.
