When I place a flush valve WC in a plan view, the WC attaches to the wall and appears in plan view. When I place a tank-type WC in a plan view, the WC attaches to the wall but appears in elevation view. That is, the bottom of the WC is on the wall. I can't place a free instance, and I can rehost it to the floor, in any view. I also can't rotate it into the correct orientation, because it is hosted on the wall. If I change the instance to a flush valve WC, it appears correctly.
To add insult to injury, I can't place a new instance in an elevation view--the choices are grayed out.
What is going on here?
