visibility control heirachy?

Anyone know where I can find a reasonably comprehensive list of what order the visiblity controls operate in?

Someone in the blogosphere must have posted one.

For example;

Phase filters override VG Model Categories, but VG Filters override Phase Filters.

So thos three go in the order;

VG Filters

Phase Filters

VG Model Categories
