View Range

I am trying to draw in a drop ceiling.  When I do I can not see it on level 1 nor can I see the ceiling or wall on ceiling plans.  I have changed my view Depth and view range to "unlimited" and still can not see the wall or celing. I can see drop ceiling in camera view.  I am wanting to view it so that I can place lights and vents, how can I see ceiling tiles?

Try changing your Underlay Orientation to Reflected Ceiling Plan, that usually fixes that issue.

Underlay Orientation, not Underlay:

Also, are you trying to do this in a Floor Plan or a Ceiling Plan? RCPs should be created using a Ceiling Plan.
