That's a matter of the precision as defined by the Project Units (located on the Manage tab). "Wattage" by default is set to a precision of zero decimal places. In this dialog, set the 'Discipline:' pull-down to Electrical and then click on the button in the 'Format' column for Wattage. Here, you can control the precision via the "Rounding:" pull-down menu.
