urgent : problem with levels and underlay views

Hello everyone

i have a small problem on MEP revit

i attached a picture to show the problem

steps of the project

1. i created the building (Archi) on Revit Archi with all walls and roof (4 levels)

2. I linked the building on revit link into the project and make the same 4 levels as Archi

3. i started with the duct works and drew the package units

4. i created my own view template

now, on the attachments

the first frame :

you can see the 4 levels normally with the duct and units normally

on the second frame :

on level view for example (level 2) you can see the underlay is (level 1) and you can see the drawing normally

on the third frame:

when i go to Level 4 (no matter which underlay i chose) the image would be like this

there i chose underlay 2, and only thing i can see is the duct, no walls and nothing else

how can i fix this problem

Your Underlay setting should be set to None for all your floors. If that doesn't work, there's something else going on.

Oh I see now, your level 4 is way up high and only includes the roof equipment, correct? Try lowering your view depth in your view range settings.
