transfering workset to other central file

Hey guys, need help asap my collegue and I been working with different central file however I need to transfer my workset of ducting to his central file can anyone advice what are the proper way to do it , we try copy paste and we encounter to much error. plz advice you guys. cheers!

make a group of your work. go to File>Save Group as file. This will make
your work an RVT file. Open the other project, go to File>Load file as
Group. this will bring your work into the new file. You can then ungroup
it and work normally.
