training files

I was trying to follow the tutorial and there are some training files I need to download, then I found they are in Subscription but there is a Premium icon next to it, so do I have to pay extra to download?

What tutorials are you trying to follow... I believe all the files should be here:

Refer to the Revit MEP Imperial and Metric Datasets as appropriate.
