Solution - "Failed to open file" Error When Placing Pipe Transition

RSY Users,
I wanted to let all of you know of a fix to an issue that impacts the Pipe PVC Concentric Transition fitting that's available in the default model template in RSY.

A CSV file was not included with the installation files, and as a result you will get an error message if you try to place the fitting in your RSY model.

We will be including the necessary file in a future build of the program, but in the interim we wanted to make the file available to the user community. You will need to place the file at "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Revit Systems\LookupTables\".

Please let me know if you have any issues with this solution to the problem.

Cheers,

Looks like it was attached to Kyle's message 🙂 If you didn't see the attachment, perhaps try the web-browser version of the news groups.
