Revit Mep Australian Standard families

Do es anyone know of any australian stndard families available for consulting companies that are close to generic as we are making the move to revit and the out of the box program has some things but not all of the items needed for us to proceed.

if anyone knows of any australian standard revit families that are freeware it would be muchly appreciated if you posted where we could get them from.

Have a look into bimepaus.com.au

they are still developing the systems but is a good starting point.  The initiative is part of amca and currently only mechanical but electrical is in development.  The below link is the brochure with cost and it does also give 12 months access to karelcads design content.

the main thing is you will need to do work withhold the content whichever way you go.

How are model's shared with clients if families are withheld?

I understand that bimepaus is paid content but isnt the reason for using revit, to be able to share content for co-ordination purposes?
