Revit MEP 2012 Dialogue Box " Attempted an unsupported opertion"

While working I will get a Dialogue Box " Attempted an unsupported opertion". Then I have to close Revit throught the Task Manager.

Do you have the latest service pack installed?

What are you trying to do?

You can't think AutoCAD and run Revit.

How do I see if I have the latest?

 

It seems to happen when  am in the Properties box.

you can find it under help - in the upper right corner - the down arrow next the question mark - go to about. The image below will show you mine - with the update.
