Revit dimension text rotate after given any widthfactor

The dimension text will change (Rotation) when export it into pdf from Revit 2014. We have attached a snap for your easy reference.

I am not able to reproduce this behavior. I would suggest trying to use a different PDF writer, such as CutePDF or PrimoPDF (both are free) or perhaps even exporting to DWF and then printing that to PDF (silly, I know).

 

The above is assuming that this is not happening when physically printed, and not displaying that way in the Print Preview.
