Revit 2014 crash, "not responding"

We had one end user receive this error in Revit 2014 today:

Im not sure what may have caused this error, but need to know as we lost over 1 hour of work today.

Are you on the latest Service Pack? This may help avoid unwarranted crashes... http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/downloads/caas/downloads/content/revit-mep-2014...
