Revit 2012 - Elements becoming uncircuited

Back in 2009, Revit has an issue of balancing panels and removing elements from a circuit. I have not seen the issue since then as I know it was a big ticket item to get fixed. But I am seeing some random elements becoming uncircuited after a successful sync to central.

Anyone else seeing this? Is there a patch?
