Revision issue

I have multiple revisions on a sheet (Revision 1, Revision 2). When I get to Revision 2, I want to turn off Revision 1 but still show Revision 1 in the title block. If I "Hide in View" Revision 1 clouds, the Revision 1 goes away on the title block. I have to go to the "View Properties" on the sheet and check it back on. Is there a better way to do this? Is there a way to link the "Issued" check box to hiding the clouds of that revision without automatically changing the title block?

In the Sheet Issues / Revisions box, make sure the 'Issued' box is checked and then control the visibility of the Cloud and/or tag from the 'Show' options
