reference point view

How do I create a 0,0,0 reference point that will show up in all 3d views. My files are being exported to cad for coordination and the zero points always come out in the center of the files so I have to move everything. Also when I have a second level 3d that starts at 10' how do I make the refernce point visible . I am at a total loss here so I hope someone can help me.
