Reading a power value of a secondary electrical system of a transformer

Hi,

How do I get an Electrical Power Shared Parameter built into a transformer to read the value of either the Total Connected, Total Estimated Demand, or the Apparent Load Phase A from a connected secondary electrical system?  I need to be able to use the value in labels and view filters.

Thanks Corey for the reply.  I've done some digging and I found a workaround.  There's a tool called the Parameter Transformer  on Autodesk Exchange developed by David Rushforth that allows you to export out the "Power Connected" family parameter of an electrical equipment family to a spreadsheet where you can manually copy the data over to a shared parameter associated with that same family and import it back into Revit.  It's a bit tedious, but gets the job done.

This was one of the first issues I came to this forum with. Unfortunately, one cannot reference the Total Load parameters with any Shared Parameter within a Family. You can reference Total Loads via Calculated Values in Schedules, but that would not suit your purposes, since Calculated Values only exist within that Schedule.
