Hey so I am trying to export my revit model to navisworks (.nwd for view on line), but some items (like my hangers) are not having there properties transfer through. Most of my families used to have everything that was a parameter show up (maybe it was just shared parameters), but now it seems like families do not display their parameters at all. However, I am unfamiliar with navisworks properties, so if someone could please enlighten me on what I need to do or change in my process. Right now, my process is external tools->Navisworks (.nwc), Navisworks-> (.nwd), -> online viewer. But the information is getting lost or falling through the cracks. Please help, thanks

What different levels did you select elements at, and what different properties did you find?
