Hi Raju,

It seems to me like it is a graphics card issue.... What type of graphics card do you have installed? Is it Autodesk certified?

It might also be the type of PDF writer you use and it's respective settings? A bit more information would help to determine the problem you have

Revit can print in vector format for Hidden viewstyle in a 3D view. Shaded or Consistant colors mode will only result in Raster Printing.

Check befor print in sheet is that edge visible is good.If style is bad check view range.

Check your vissability/graphics override settings - projections/surfaces

Check your pdf print settings.

I hope this will be fix the problem
