plz clarify me...

 

hi guys..

 

when i link a file in to my model it showing this error
what is it mean?

here is one possibility:

if you are linking an architectural model into your Host MEP model & the architect linked your MEP model into it, they may have changed the link type from overlay to attachment. If the attached MEP model is the same as the current model, you get this error.

Try opening the architectural model & change the MEP link back to overlay in the manage links dialogue box.
