Pipes and ground

Hello

I am currently working on a landscape project and I have an interesting question for which I did not find yet an answer. I have some sewer pipes which are going inside the terrain. I would like to know if anybody knows if it is possible to empty the pipes from the soil. I mean that in Section no soil will be visible inside the pipes, no matter where I make the section.

Thank you so much!

Have an great day!

K.E.

This could be an issue with the hatch patterns and how Revit masks them. By design, the Surface Patterns of "out-of-discipline" elements (i.e. Walls in a MEP View) will not be masked by "in-discipline" elements (i.e. Ducts in an MEP View). A possible solution to this issue would be to change the View's Discipline to Coordination. This will cause all elements to become "in-discipline" and thus cause the Surface Pattern to become masked.

Are you talking about having the pipes mask the soil pattern?
