Pipe Rise Drop Annotation Size

Revit 2012....Does anyone know how to make the "Pipe Rise / Drop Annotaion Size" smaller that 1/8"? I could do it in 2011 now its different in 2012. Any suggestions? see attached.

You need to go to units (UN)-->Piping-->Pipe size. Change your rounding there and than you can change the annotation size.
