Not Standard bend of a pipe

does exist a way to make the bend i have in the photo? It's a not standard piece...

In "Manage", "Mechanical Settings" you have settings to control angles.

I expect you run at the limits of Revit. When you approach 0 degrees Revit will not allow to make that bend anymore.

You could try to test to see at which angle this occurs.

For example the minimum length of line in revit is around 0.8 mm. Smaller lines revit will not allow. I expect something similar applies to angles.

Maybe you can work around this problem (have not tested it myself). Create a special pipe/bend family for this issue.

In the family make a pipe/elbow with a fixed (2 degrees angle). See if Revit will allow this.
