If I was to purchase Revit MEP what extras would I be able to get on top of
AutoCAD MEP - from the product details there does not seem to be clear - BTW

From what I understand, there won't be any "Extras" as far as other programs. If you buy into a "subscription", You will get access to add-ons and updates to the programs that you subscribe to, but nothing as far as extra programs.
