Nested Family Not Cutting Host Family

 

In the attached Revit 2015 family could anyone reveal how to make the nested family subtract from the host family to make a hole?

Your nested family needs to cut the host it is built on, as soon as you do that, reload into your suction fitting family - works as intended.
