Why in multicategory schedules, does the length parameter not call out the actual length of any pipes that happen to be in that schedule? Im wondering if this is one of my old reminiscent project parameters that simply hasnt been purged and multicategory simply cant report pipe lengths?

The "Length" System Parameter is not accessible in Multi-Category Schedules, so that "Length" Parameter you see is a Shared Parameter as you suspected. Multi-Category Schedules are extremely limited, and are only able to access Shared Parameters and the System Parameters that are commonly available amongst all Categories of Elements.
