Missing objects

Hi,

We have this consultant's model linked in our model. Consultant model does not have worksets, phases or design options.

It's all new work. Showing communications and data devices. Mostly 3 families used.

When we receive updates. We clean & purge the new model. We update links by "Manage->Manage Links->Reload From".

Some of the devices won't show. But if I "remove" the link then linked it, all the devices shows.

Any ideas? This is the first time this has happen to us. We are using Revit MEP 2013 (sp3).

It sounds like those elements are being hidden by some other means. Under V/G, is the link set to "By Host View"? Also, if you create a new View with no Template, do those devices show?
