Missing Diffuser

i place a diffuser in a ceiling plan and it says element not visible in this view. i cut a section of where i placed it and then extended the section up and down to see if i can find it and still nothing. any suggestions.

What type of hosting behavior does your diffuser have?

i got it figured out, i was trying to draw new work on an demo plan. so i had to change the view properties to show new and existing work. thanks
