Leader placement in text notes

In Revit, is there a way to have the leader come off the end (right side) of a paragraph instead of from the first line (top)?

Currently, no. Your options are top left or top right.

one workaround would be to place a Symbol (Drafting Tab), and create the leader from that. The Symbol can contain just a very small short line (actually, it can contain no geometry ... but that may make it hard to select).
