Intereference error

Hi, i got this problem when i checked error using interference check. There was a report about air terminal which was shown on the attachment. I put this return grille by " place on face" in the 3D view. Did i put it with a right method? Can anyone help me to solve this error?

What version of Revit are you running? In 2014, there's an option to mount air terminals on duct. If you're in a previous release, I can see why Revit thinks that would be a clash. Duct-mounted diffusers have to be exaggerated in order to fit a takeoff and a small section of duct, then the diffuser.

I only have floor mounted and ceiling mounted diffuser. And I couldn't find duct mounted to download...

Check in your library under:

US Imperial\Mechanical\MEP\Air-Side Components\Air Terminals

and look for "Supply Diffuser - Sidewall". That family should work the way you want. If you're in 2014, there's an option when you're placing the diffuser to mount on the duct.
