Can you inport a Bentley (Microstation) 3D file into Revit MEP?

I know you can export out into a ifc file and inport that but is it any good?  Also will the Revit file I export back be ok in Bentley?

Any info will be appreciated.

You can use i-model plug in for revit to convert .rvt to .dgn.

here is the pulg-in to install
