When you place it on a sheet it is the view title. The families for this are found as part of the "Annotation symbols" group.

Look for something like the "Anno_View_Title" family. Edit this family and move the sccale label to your  desied position

I do not understand what you have done exactly.

You edited the "Anno_View_Title" family and added a parameter?

What is that parameter supposed to do?

Maybe you can upload your family so that I can take a look?

What I was talking about is editing the "Anno_View_Title" family and move (manually) the label with the scale to a different position and then reload the family back in into yoor project.

see i attached the family and the screen shots

before there are three types and i added fourth type as detail title,n
umber and scale(M)

when i load in to the project the forth type i created with (m) is not
showing..

why i created the fourth type is because at some cases i need the scale to
be to the left position

that is the reason why i created fourth type

i added the snapshot please check it

It seems to be working for me. Loaded your family in a project and created aveiw. Placed the view on a sheet.

Selected the viewport. and clicked "Edit Type". Window with "Type Properties " shows up.

Now I can select the different titles under the "Title" entry..
