How to create Surface Yype Connector

Dear All,

 

I want to create Surface Type Connector Programatically.

 

 

I am able to create End Connector by using this method

 

ConnectorElement.CreateConduitConnector(Doc, planarFaces.Reference)

with this method i am able to create End Type Connector.
