Hi. In autocad I space piping at 10" apart, using snaps, etc.
How do I do that kind of precision in Revit?

Two choices are:
1. Draw 'construction' lines and offset, then 'align' new pipes to those lines.
2. The pipe itself can be offset. This only gives you location (which may be adequate) - you will then need to change the parameters of the new piece of pipe. If you offset two pipes that are at 90 degrees, the command will automatically re-create elbows and re-connect - at least sometimes.
I would hope that there are other ways, as well ...
Good luck
I normally use offset.
To adjust pipes you already drew;
1. when you select a pipe its tempoary dimensions show up, if it didnt automatically go to the adjacent pipe, you can drag the node so that it does (it will stay moved). Then pick the blue text & type the new number.
2. Draw a dimension, then adjust it as above. You can lock the dimension to maintain separation & make all the pipes move together.
See also Manage tab/Settings/Snaps & Home tab/Work Plane/Show if you want something more auotcadesque.
When the work plane is showing you can select its boundry & change the grid spacing.
Or make your own grid with a Reference Plane Array....
