Heating & Cooling Loads Report

I have done the calculation in Revit MEP, and it created a "Loads Report". I want to show this to someone. How do I print this? There is no Export Loads Report, and it won't go onto a sheet. What to do?

Print the load report view. You don't need to put it on a sheet.

Funny, It wouldn't let me do that yesterday. Thanks, Matt.

It still would be nice to export it or put on a sheet.

You could try printing to pdf. It worked for me. If that's what you're after, try this procedure:

Open a load report --> In the upper left corner, click the purple R (remember they used to call that File...) --> print --> print --> then select a pdf printer, depending on what you have installed it will either be CutePDF, Adobe PDF, or PDF995. Then click print. It will prompt you for a location for where you want the pdf saved.

Hope this helps.

Well actually you can find reports in *.html format in C:\Users\{yourusername}\AppData\Local\Temp. It's more useful if you want to extract particular information.
