Flying Fittings

Has anyone faced a problem while working with a Revit MEP file, in which the fittings on a pipe or a duct just gets offsetted from the pipe and appears to be disconnected and in fact they are connected.

I used to see that in older versions of Revit and older hardware  Is your ram and video-card at or above the minimum spec?
