Flexible connection to Diffuser

Trying to connect  some flexible connections in a system to their associated Ducts . Any ideas how I can do this.

I have attached a snapshot of the issue.

Are you referring to improving the appearance of the connection between the Flex Duct and the elements on either end (Duct and Diffuser)? If so, the Flex Duct is too short. You can select the Flex Duct in an Elevation View and two circular grips will appear. Click and drag them to adjust the Flex Duct. It'll take some playing around to get it looking right, and you may never get it perfect.

It is probably just a visual issue, I am just concerned that the flex duct is not connected to the air terminal.

It likely is. to make sure, you can either select the Flex Duct and verify the "System Name" under Properties, or hover the cursor over the Flex Duct and hit TAB once or twice. This will highlight all of the connected elements.
