Export Cad Same Block Name Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with autocad export. In revit mep when i export to cad, some duct fittings or accessories exported out of plan. I figured out that only multiple blocks which have same block name exported out of plan. Is there any way to fix that? And i didnt understand that exported block names coming like 06_Dirsek - 0_75 -60-3374923-_0_70; "3374923" this number changes block names for family. But where it is coming from? Not id or mark value.

i there is so much people which got the same problem. Autodesk should fix this or give a way to handle this.
