Explanation for Calculated Supply Airflow

Hi

I'm trying too understand what exactly the calculated supply airflow means, I've found and read the heated and cooling loads report in a .pdf format(http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2014/ENU/?guid=GUID-57721C90-394D-4014-ABF6-16FD6C035269). Where it states that its the peak airflow for the zone.

In my project I've calculated a 49 m2 and 2.4 m ceiling high, the walls/roof/ceiling/floors have added thermal values. The results where 864.1 L/s which i find immensely high, can i get some pointers on what i might have done wrong or what i need too think about before or after i have done these calculations.

I'm using a 2014 edition of Revit.

Thank you in advance!
