Hi,
I need a clarification on the energy analysis of revit.
Reading the manual of Revit MEP I see that once I set the space I have to set the parameters of the space: Area per Person, power load density, Sensible heatgain per person, etc. So I can make a preliminary analysis of my building.
With the zones I can add information about the physical properties of the building (U-value) to the interior walls and exterior, roof, floor, etc.
Can I take advantage of the walls I have already created in models in which I made the stratigraphy providing thermal information of the materials?
Can I also provide in input to the analysis the values of the HVAC system (air flow from the air terminal by a radiator or heat exchange)?
I can take advantage, in some way, of the fact that I've designed and sized HVAC system before that analysis or from the architectural model?
Thanks so much
